MyRaw Cafe is a cozy and stylish cafe and raw bistro in the center of Prague with a raw vegan menu served from breakfast to dinner. Their menu includes scrambled eggs (made from avocado) or a full English breakfast, as well raw pizza, quiche and tapas — but MyRaw Cafe is most known for their delicious raw cakes. Coffee is from Double Shot and Dos Mundos roasters. Ingredients are sourced from smaller local suppliers chosen by the owner, with efforts being made to gradually find more eco-friendly sources. In addition to operating the cafe, MyRaw Cafe also provides raw catering and seasonal raw cooking classes.
“First I was a vegan and then I gradually switched to a raw vegan lifestyle, especially because of animals and my own health. I started to prepare raw cakes for my family and everyone liked them, so we decided to open a café. Atmosphere is important for us too.
