This raw “bakery”, sister to the Secret of Raw restaurant, offers breakfast, sometimes ice cream, and 15 delicious raw cakes daily, usually with chocolate, fruit and avocado based options, and beautifully presented. Everything is made by owner Veronika, who also offers custom-made cakes for special occasions. The main ingredients used include cocoa butter, coconut oil, avocado, nuts and fruit, which is where possible sourced from small farms. Los Andes coffee from a small family farm the owners know personally and Czech-made “Markol” raw bars are also on offer, as well as a selection of raw groceries, a cookbook, and monthly raw baking courses.
